Cancellation / Refunds

sometimes our tours may have to be cancelled due to bad weather. If this occurs we will endeavor to give you as much notice as possible. We can offer a refund or alternatively we can rearrange your tour. Tour bookings need to be completed a minimum of 48 hrs ahead of your preferred tour time online. Confirmed bookings are subject to a 3 day cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your tour please email no later than 72 hours prior to your tour time to rearrange or request a refund.
